The purpose of this workshop is educational, not psychotherapeutic, nor it is intended to replace the services of licensed professionals.

WITH MY SIGNATURE BELOW I AUTHORIZE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• I understand that all charges are FINAL whether or not I attend or complete the event. There will be no cancellations, refunds or transfers for this course.

• In order to receive the full benefit of the course, I agree to attend all hours of the course and participate in all of the assignments. Failure to do so will forfeit my right to expect to receive the full benefit of the workshops.

• I promise to be alone or use headphones at all hours of the program.

• I am on time to all sessions. (On time means five minutes before the session I am online and ready)

• I avoid doing side jobs and promise to listen fully when the course leader is teaching.

• I am 100% responsible for my experience.

• While I am encouraged to use what I have learned for my personal growth, I promise not to record or reproduce the workshop materials for sale, or to teach it to others. all of the contents of this workshop are confidential.
